We have changed the way we book our appointments in response to the latest Government guidance on COVID-19. All patients who request any type of appointment will first be telephoned by a clinician. The clinician will assess you and determine how best to meet your care needs. If you do not need to come into the surgery, you will be given the appropriate self-care advice, treatment and information on what to do if you become more unwell. You will be offered an appointment if it is essential for you to be seen face to face. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.

GP Extended Access Hours
You can now see a GP out of our normal opening hours at Seacroft Hospital weekdays between 18:30 and 20:00, Saturdays 08:00 and 14:00 and Sundays 08:00 and 12:00
The Seacroft Extended Access Hub is based at the Seacroft Out Patients Services building at Seacroft Hospital:
Go through the main entrance to the hospital grounds and take the first right before the Pay & Display car park (£2.10 for 2 hours), and the Out Patients Services is 50 yards on the left. Patients with an appointment should report to the main reception which is immediately on the right through the front entrance of the building.

The Practice Harehills Corner Surgery holds all our patients records in strictest confidence, whether they are on paper or electronic. We are taking every step to prevent unauthorised access. Any information about you is only shared with practice team, or secondary care if you are referred to the Hospital, or any other service that will be treating you. Your information is only shared with anyone else if you give us permission in writing.
